1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and PT Trakk Digital Indonesia ("Trakk", "we", or "us"). By accessing or using the Trakk services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use our services.
2. Service Description
Trakk provides URL shortening, QR code generation, and link analytics services. Services are available in Free, Premium, and Custom Integration plans with respective features and limitations.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. - All activities that occur under your account. - Providing accurate and current information upon registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use Trakk to: - Publish, host, promote, distribute, or link to illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content. - Publish, host, promote, distribute, or link to pornographic or sexually explicit content, including sexual exploitation, abuse, or content involving minors. - Promote or facilitate illegal gambling, betting, lotteries, casinos, or other regulated activities, including related affiliate or referral schemes, unless expressly authorized by Trakk in writing and lawful in all applicable jurisdictions. - Engage in phishing, spam, impersonation, scams, money laundering, or other fraudulent or deceptive activities. - Distribute malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious code. - Facilitate violence, exploitation, harassment, trafficking, or other abuse. - Infringe or facilitate infringement of the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or organization. - Evade applicable sanctions, restrictions, age requirements, licensing requirements, or regulatory controls. - Conduct any activity that violates Indonesian law or other applicable law, regulation, or binding government order.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Premium plans are charged monthly at the prevailing rates. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trakk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Marketing Communications Consent
By checking the marketing consent box during registration, you agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from Trakk, including but not limited to product updates, feature announcements, special offers, and newsletters. This consent is voluntary and optional. You are not required to provide marketing consent to use Trakk services. You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by: - Unsubscribing via the link provided in each marketing email. - Updating your communication preferences in your account settings. - Contacting us at [email protected]. Upon withdrawal, we will stop sending marketing communications within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your use of Trakk services or your Terms of Service acceptance.
12. Data Processing and Google Sign-In
When you choose to register or log in using Google Sign-In, Trakk receives the following information from your Google account: - Your full name as displayed in your Google profile. - Your Google email address. - Your Google profile picture URL (if available). This information is used solely for the purpose of creating and managing your Trakk account. Specifically: - Your name and email are used for account identification and communication. - Your profile picture may be displayed within the Trakk portal as your account avatar. - We do not access, store, or process any other data from your Google account. - We do not post to Google on your behalf or access your Google contacts, drive, or other services. Your Google ID is stored securely and used only to authenticate your identity on subsequent logins. You may revoke Trakk's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings. 13. Cookie Usage
Trakk uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and maintain our services, remember your authentication session, and improve user experience. Specifically, we use: - Essential cookies: Required for login authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled. - Preference cookies: Remember your language and display preferences. - Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with our landing page so we can improve it. 14. Content Moderation and Enforcement
You are solely responsible for the content, pages, links, images, and destinations that you publish or make available through the services. PT Trakk Digital Indonesia does not endorse or sponsor user-generated content or the external websites to which users link. Anyone may report suspected violations of these Terms, including illegal, pornographic, sexually exploitative, gambling-related, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content, by emailing [email protected]. Please include the relevant page or link URL and a description of the concern. PT Trakk Digital Indonesia will review reports and may take further action as appropriate. To protect users and comply with applicable law, Trakk may use automated checks, third-party safety and reputation services, user reports, and human review to identify prohibited or unlawful content. We may, without prior notice where reasonably necessary: - Refuse, restrict, unpublish, remove, or disable access to content, pages, links, or destinations. - Suspend or terminate accounts, publishing privileges, or related services. - Block domains, URLs, or other destinations associated with abuse or prohibited activity. - Preserve and disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, Trakk, or third parties. We may take immediate action where content presents a risk of fraud, malware, exploitation, sexual abuse, illegal gambling, or other serious harm. You may contact PT Trakk Digital Indonesia at [email protected] regarding an enforcement action. Where appropriate, Trakk may provide an appeal process, but submitting an appeal does not restore content while a safety, legal, or security review is pending.
